The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and touristic sites with an easy walk along the picturesque alleyway. The rooms were adequate for my family of five but felt a bit tired and small, not matching the website's pictures. The service was friendly and responsive, especially when we requested a room change. The dining options were good, but finding open bakeries on holidays was a challenge. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel's rooms were not as spacious as depicted in the pictures due to the old wooden structure, leading to some noise disturbances. The location was quiet and within walking distance of the train station, but surrounded by touristy restaurants. The dining options did not meet expectations, and the hotel had some security concerns.

I had a cozy stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms, facing a different direction, accommodating three extra beds, and surprisingly roomy by European standards. The service was exceptional, with the staff checking us in promptly, which was greatly appreciated, despite being available only at certain hours during the day. The location was convenient, being right in the middle of the Old Town and surrounded by cafes and restaurants, making it perfect for a visit to Luzern. The dining experience, although a bit chaotic, was available at the hotel and within the surrounding area. Overall, it was a mixed experience with positives and negatives to consider.
