The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and touristic sites with an easy walk along the picturesque alleyway. The rooms were adequate for my family of five but felt a bit tired and small, not matching the website's pictures. The service was friendly and responsive, especially when we requested a room change. I had a cozy stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms, facing a different direction, accommodating three extra beds, and surprisingly roomy by European standards.
